At Hutano Healthcare Services Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality care services with professionalism and compassion. We understand that situations may change, and we strive to treat all refund requests fairly and transparently.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased directly from us by private clients.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • ✅ Prepaid Services Not Delivered – If care services were prepaid but not delivered due to cancellation by Hutano Healthcare Services Ltd or the client with appropriate notice.
  • ✅ Service Cancellations with Sufficient Notice – If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
  • ✅ Unsatisfactory Service – In rare cases where services delivered fall significantly below the expected standard and the issue is reported within 24 hours, a partial refund or credit may be offered after review.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right not to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • ❌ Same-day or less than 24-hour cancellations by the client
  • ❌ Client unavailability upon staff arrival for scheduled care
  • ❌ Services fully delivered according to the agreed schedule and scope
  • ❌ Situations outside our control (e.g. weather delays, hospital admission, or emergency client events not communicated in time)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our office within 48 hours of the scheduled service with:

  • Date/time of service
  • Reason for the refund request
